Original title was Halloween Haunter VS Derpy Dewgong but it didn't fit.

I was telling someone some tips on drawing bubbles, then I wanted to draw bubbles. But these ones turned out nothing like how I explained them before >.<

Painting in SAI and saving as a JPG/JPEG file type makes it look a little odd, a bit different than how it looks in SAI. . .
Or it's just dA. And my gosh, it is a pain in the ass to make smooth lines with a mouse. FFFFFFFFF.
Damn mouse.

Speedpainting because I have a mass shit tonne of stuff that is not finished, I tend to spend way too much time on them and stress over the itty bitty details and never finish, so I said "Fuck it, finish it quick and don't sweat the details."

And whadya know, I actually FINISHED IT!

Took somewhere between 2 and 3 hours. . .

And no, that haunter is not supposed to look like a normal haunter, kinda like I did with magmar I "re-designed" it a tad for my tastes.
